Through advocacy, connections and empowerment, Key4Women supports the financial progress and empowerment of businesswomen. We've been helping women meet their financial and business goals since 2005, so we know what progress looks like. Today, we're dedicated to opening doors for more women, in more ways than ever before.

Every year Key celebrates women in the Capital Region at the annual Key4Women forum. The event is dedicated to networking, fostering professional and business development while creating lasting connections with industry leaders and professionals.

This year's forum on Sept. 21, featured Keynote Speaker Fran Hauser, best-selling author of The Myth of the Nice Girl: Achieving a Career You Love Without Becoming a Person You Hate. Hauser is a startup investor, long-time media executive, author, and champion of women in the workforce. Through her investing, writing, and speaking, Fran works to level the playing field for women. She'll be discussing how to build a career you love while staying true to yourself.

Key also recognized this year's Achieve Award Winner, Annmarie Lanesey, CEO and Founder of Can Code Communities.
