Group Medical and Dental Insurance
Businesses or organizations with 2+ employees are eligible for Small Group coverage through the Chamber. Health and Dental plans are available from various providers, listed in detail below. The information below provides a general overview, but are NOT contracts and may be subject to change.
Individual Medical and Dental Insurance
Sole Proprietors may purchase an Individual Off-Exchange product from MVP. MVP dental coverage is only available with a MVP medical plan in 2025.

Medicare Advantage Plan
We also offer a Medicare Advantage plan from CDPHP.
CDPHP plans are only available to Small Group retirees.
This base plan includes a Plan D drug coverage with Preferred retail pharmacy network cost sharing on 30-day supplies at $0/$10/$35/$50/25% and non-preferred at $10/$20/$70/$100/25%. Enhanced drugs are included. Mail-order 90-day supply (Tiers 1-4) is 2 preferred retail pharmacy network copayments. Retail 90-day supply (tier 1-4) 3 copayments (based on pharmacy)
