Trailblazers in Business 

Empire State Development is celebrating Black History Month with the Trailblazers in Business with all MWBEs across the State.  Starting Martin Luther King, Jr Day (1/20/25) through 2/28/25, any MWBE interested in the New York State MWBE Program has an option to work with a free business advisory service center to prepare their application.  Completed applications submitted to ESD for the certification process may receive their answer in as little as 90 days.

Business Growth Accelerator (BDA 3.0)

The MWBE Division is also launching our successful Business Growth Accelerator Program (BGA3.0) to provide hands on training for certified MWBE firms with annual revenue of $500,000 or above that has been in business for 2 years or more.
