Cathy Griffin with KW Realty

I have been an active Realtor and consistently in the top 10% of local real estate agents in sales for several years. My 35 years in the real estate industry includes management, ownership and direct sales. I worked as an agent and the manager at Prudential Manor Homes in Delmar for 15 years, followed by co-owning a local real estate company with four offices for almost a decade. I have been with KW Platform (previously Keller Williams Realty) since 2009 where I currently head The Cathy Griffin Team.

I am proud to serve my local community on the Board of Directors at the Bethlehem Community Fund and as a member of the Town of Bethlehem Assessment Review Board. I have served in many leadership roles for the local, state and federal associations of Realtors including serving as the President of the Capital District Association of Realtors. My current position as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of Realtors has me working directly with members of Congress to address the national shortage of affordable housing and corresponding legislation that protect and serve property owners’ best interest.

When I am not listing or showing homes, you can find me on the tennis courts, at a local restaurant with my husband of 40+ years (and our friends!), or in the kitchen making cookies with my five grandchildren. Lovingly referred to by family and friends as “The General”, my drive and initiative have served me well in helping my clients to have a smooth and successful real estate experience. I love being a member of the Bethlehem community!
